Our graphic models take your design ideas and transform them into a realistic presentation of your project, giving you a sneak peek of the finished product.
How Our Design Rendering Services Work
What You Get
A specially crafted 3D design is incredibly valuable to architects and clients alike. Simply stated, these highly intricate renderings show details that a flat blueprint just cannot. In fact, a well-done 3D design allows you to visually walk through the project, giving you the ability to make aesthetic, spatial, or structural adjustments before the project is even started—which can save you quite a bit of time, money, and headache in the long run.
It’s hard to imagine what a full-scale renovation or redesign will look like just based on numbers and lines on paper. With a 3D rendering, you don’t have to.
About The Process
We start by gathering measurements and details of the project. During this process, we ask questions about your design preferences, including sizes, finish, paint, hardware, and more. If you have pictures of your desired outcome, we gladly review those with you, too.
From there, we use a program to transform your plans and our numbers into a lifelike 3D rendering that even includes your design preferences, like colors, finishes, textures, and more. A lot of details go into our renderings; they can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours for our artist to create!
Design Pricing
Our 3D renderings are incredibly valuable, both to us as designers and builders, and to you as a client who expects nothing short of the best—your dream brought to life!
We charge $150/ hour for our renderings and allow one free edit.
We’ll give you an estimate up front to let you know what you can expect to pay. If you choose to move forward with the project, 50% of that amount will apply as a credit towards your deposit!
