I cannot say enough good things about Raleigh Woodworks. We have five arched doorways/pass-throughs in our home that we wanted to be finished with curved flute molding to add a more polished and finished look. Our mission started with a conversation with Corrine and then Tom came out to look at the project first hand. After Tom felt comfortable in understanding exactly what we wanted to accomplish, he took the measurements and went to work. On the day of installation, Tom, Brandon, and Jeff showed up and went to work hanging the molding in the archways. The end result was outstanding! We could not be more pleased with the finished product, or the interactions we had with their teams throughout the process. From Corrine and Abbey in the office to the guys in the field doing the actaul carpentry on site, the experience was 5 stars. We are wrapping up a home renovation project that was pretty much a "stem-to-stern" endeavor. As such, we have had numerous vendors we've contracted to help us and the team from Raleigh Woodworks stands out as one of the best we have worked with. They take great pride in their work and their service. You can instatly tell they have a vested interest in making sure you are not only satisfied but thrilled with their work. You can just tell in every interaction that a "satisfied" customer is not at all what they are striving for. On the 1-10 rating scale, what they're after is an 11 - and they certainly get one from me!
